New to gouache? This workshop is a hands-on introduction to one of my favorite mediums, opaque, vibrant, and a little more forgiving than watercolor. We’ll explore gouache through a moody botanical piece, layering leaves and foliage against a rich dark background. You’ll learn how gouache handles differently than watercolor, how to build up color in layers, and how to get clean, confident shapes.
